A cosy and comfortable 22m² apartment, perfect for a family or group of four. The living area sleeps 2 guests on a pull-out bed and there is a cabin room also sleeping 2, on bunk beds. The kitchenette area is adequately equipped with self catering facilities and there is a bathroom with a toilet.

A comfortably furnished 27m² apartment, with 1 bedroom containing a double bed and a living room with a pull out-bed for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed that can sleep 1. The apartment is suitable for a self catered ski holiday with a well equipped kitchenette area and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

This is a clean and bright 35m² apartment is perfectly suited to a medium sized group. Sleeping arrangements may differ in apartments, however they all comfortably sleep 6 guests. One type of apartment will have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and another with 2 singles. The living room will also sleep 2 people on a pull out bed. The alternative lay out has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and there is a separate alcove with bunk beds.
All the apartments come equipped with a kitchenette area and there is a bathroom with a separate toilet.

Location
La Licorne is fantastically located in a sunny spot at the top Belle Plagne ski resort. With its situation just 200m from the ski slopes and 400m from the lifts. The shops and ski school are also conveniently located, just a small 200m distance away from the accommodation.
Directions
If Driving, follow the motorway to Albertville before taking the N90 to Aime. Then follow directions for Plagne, Bellecôte and finally Belle Plagne. Résidence La Licorne is located at the top of the resort.

Check in between 5-8pm
Security deposit of €300 to be paid at check-in.
For any arrival after 7pm guests must call reception to confirm approximate time of arrival.
