La Tania does not have any spa facility as such although the resort’s one hotel, Le Montana (+33 (0)8 25 70 28 02) and the Christiania apartments next door do both have fitness centres, saunas and solariums.
The Montana also has a small swimming pool and a masseur available to provide treatments. For a wider choice however it’s easy to pop to Courchevel or Meribel.
