Hotel accommodation is not a usual strength of French resorts which predominantly offer affordable self-catering apartment beds to guests, however hotels in Les Gets are a particular strength of the resort.
One of the first French ski areas not known as a ‘luxury’ ski destination to offer 4 star hotel accommodation, properties such as the Hotel La Marmotte are quite an asset offering wonderfully atmospheric traditional solid wooden architecture, high service standards and great amenities, including a wonderful spa where a wide range of treatments are available.
The fact that all of this is directly slope side is another major asset.
