Excellent value apartments in the resort of Serre Chevalier 1300, made famous for its wonderful tree runs, exciting ski area and relaxed southern alpine vibe, connected to the highest European city, Briançon.

These well built apartments have great views over the Chantemerle part of the resort and enjoy easy access to the village amenities and the ski lifts at just a short 400m away. Each apartment is well equipped with basic but attractive interiors and comfortable furnishings.

Each studio has an approximate area of approximately 27m², a small but well fitted kitchen with 2 hobs, a fridge, oven, balcony, television and a bathroom with a bath or shower and with a toilet. The living area sleeps 2 with a double sofa bed and the sleeping alcove area sleeps 2 with 2 bunk beds.

Sunday to Sunday stays only. Please note that the upper bunk is unsuitable for children under 6 years old.

  • Brilliant accommodation for the price. Very friendly staff, we arrived late, called them and they left a key for us and allowed us to check in the next morning. Apartment was clean, extremely spacious for a studio, we had 3 adults but I think even with 4 it would have been fine. Good bath/shower, very warm and less than a 5 min walk to fast gondola/chairlift at Serre Chevalier Chantemerle, which is an excellent resort. The village itself is a bit quiet, but there are a couple of very nice restaurants and bars. Covered parking was very useful too. Managed to get this at a bargain price so was very worth it and we had an great stay.

  • Bigger and better serviced than anticipated. Would really sleep 4! No hidden extras. Lots of extras available from the reception FOC - toaster, hairdryer, raclette grill, loads of board games. Remember to take salt & pepper and a little cooking oil, washing up sponge and liquid or you'll need tobuy locally

Location

Located in the Chantemerle district of Serre Chevalier, 400m from the nearest lifts and the a similar distance from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants.

Directions

As you enter the town of Serre Chevalier continue on till you reach the Route du Grenoble, from which you can take a right onto Allee des Crocus after entering the town Le Villard-Late. Take your first left onto Place du Telepherique and continue for 100m. The accommodation is located by the tennis court on your left.

Check in

Long stay (Saturday - Saturday): Check in opens at 5pm until reception closes (check reception hours)

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit of €200 to be paid at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

Check out before 10am on a Saturday.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the security deposit, apartments (including kitchenette) must be left fully cleaned.

Children policies

Travel cot and high chair can be borrowed but need to be booked in advance as they are subject to availability. These cost €16 per kit per stay. Recommended for children under the age of 2, weighing less than 15kg.

Children under the age of 6 must not sleep on upper bunks.

Guests can also request to borrow bed barriers, stair barriers and plug protectors at no extra cost.
