Two linked apartments with three bedrooms and two living rooms, with the option to use either of the living spaces as a bedroom with the sofa beds available.

The apartments have:

- Two living rooms with double sofa beds + 1 single sofa bed or 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed + 2 single sofa beds + 1 pull-out bed
- 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room.

Comfortable apartments that feature internet (payable locally), a full kitchen and a television. Some apartments may be in duplex and the floor spaces vary from 52-62m².

- A living area that accommodates 3 with 1 convertible sofa bed (sleeps 2) and 1 single sofa bed.

  • Our apartment was clean spacious and very comfortable for our group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We had a beautiful view of the village and runs. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, the twin fold out beds in the lounge room worked well and it was great having 2 bathrooms - 2 toilets would have been even better. Would definitely recommend it.

  • Quality of rooms were very good standard staff were very helpful. A bit to far up the hill for coming back from bars/restaurants as one of 2 escalators was always out of order. In need of supermarket on hire levels as we found we rather go without something than go all the way down for something we had forgot. Overall very good

  • We had a corner room in the Atria apartments. Very spacious, clean and well equipped.

    Excelled boot room facilities and straight out onto the slope offering ski in ski out for all skiing abilities.

    Public passages with stairs and escalators to town centre were immediately adjacent to apartment. Warm and friendly staff at reception.

    Horse and carriage ride from resort car park to residence was a lovely way to start our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

  • The Residence le Crozat is a great place to stay for families. The apartment (we had a one bed) for 4 of us (2 kids/2 adults) was a decent size and comfortable. Everything has been thought out from storage (lockers) places to dry clothes, kitchen equipment and bedding. The balcony and view was great. My only complaint would be cost. It's not cheap, but then we were there over half term holidays.

  • Stayed at Atria Crozats for 10 nights, absolutely excellent in all respects. The apartment was lovely, one bedroom plus usual french style sofa bed arrangement, room claims to sleep 5, suits a couple or family of 4 with 2 small children max, 5 adults would be a horrendous squeeze. That said, for 2 adults it was perfect, plenty of cupboard space, excellent bathroom with bath and shower, small but perfectly adequate kitchen area, lovely comfy lounge, balcony. The boot room is really good, heated so gear dry and warm each morning. P&V seem obsessed with security so every door has a security pin code which is a bit annoying with arms full of skis but I can understand they are being careful.
    Atria is a few levels uphill from the main drag of shops, bars and restaurants in the town, but easily accessible via stairs and escalators through other nearby apartments, very quiet location. Some apartments would be more convenient for the ski lifts, but a very short ski through town brings you to the main town lift area or ski school area at other end of the high street. All in all, cannot recommend highly enough, excellent apartment and excellent resort.

  • Fantastic apartments ! Clean , modern with a classic ski chalet feel . Staff were friendly and very helpful . We arrived earlier than our check in time but our apartment was ready.
    The children had a cosy room and there was lots of space for all our stuff . I can't wait to go back !

Restaurants, Dining & Bars

Guests of Les Crozats can choose to cook in their own apartments which have well equipped kitchenettes, or to pop to one of the local restaurants. Alternatively, you can opt for meal cards that are available within the residence and allow you to choose from three different restaurants within the resort. There are also bars and a nightclub nearby for those who fancy a bit of après ski.

Spa & Wellness

For anyone who fancies a bit of a chill out after skiing or just wants a relaxed afternoon then the sauna and steam room are ideal. Located within the residence guests are able to take advantage of both of these for an extra cost which can be paid locally.

Sports & Recreation Facilities

Feeling a need to burn off the beer from après ski! Well head down to the cardio suite which is available onsite or the weights room which is located nearby. Both of these activities are subject to additional costs and can be paid for locally.

Families & Children

Children will be delighted by the car free resort of Avoriaz! Adults will be delighted by the ski in ski out location and the children’s corner of the residence as well as the local ski school: www.village-des-enfants.com, which boasts an excellent reputation.

Location

Sitting above Avoriaz, Les Crozats is in a great ski in ski out location. It is only a little distance to the shops and there are indoor escalators that mean that you will easily be able to access the centre of the village.

Directions

Avoriaz is a car free resort which means that you will need to leave your car in one of the car parks at the entrance of the resort. You will need to pay locally for this. The residence is not too far from here and you can either walk or get a shuttle, again this will need to be paid for locally.

Check in

Long stay (7 nights or more): Check in opens at 5pm until the close of reception (see reception hours)

Short stays (2-6 days):check in is available from 2pm until the close of reception (check reception hours)

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit of €500 to be paid at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the security deposit, apartments (including kitchenette) must be left fully cleaned.

Friday 7am to Sunday 8pm (reception will be open continuously).

Please note that reception hours are subject to change by the residence, so guests are advised to contact reception in advance of their stay with an estimated time of arrival.
