Each apartment is basic but well-fitted and comfortably furnished, with a balcony boasting great views either down over the valley or up towards the beautiful Courchevel ski area.

  • We stayed at the Maeva Le Moriond, Courcheval 1650 and have gone back to the same place for many years. The appartment is clean and pleasant and suits us just fine for the price. We ski all day so we cook our tea and sleep in the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Location

Located in the centre of Courchevel 1650, 100m from the slopes and 500m from the village shops, bars and restaurants.

Directions

After Moutiers, follow signs to Courchevel, drive through Courchevel 1300 and 1550 untill you enter Courchevel 1650. The residence is located on the left hand side of the main street after the roundabout in the centre by the ski lift building on the left.

Check in opens at 5pm until reception closes (check reception hours)

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit of €200 to be paid at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

Check out before 10am on a Saturday.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the security deposit, apartments (including kitchenette) must be left fully cleaned.

Monday to Friday: 9am-12 noon and 5pm-7pm

Pets are allowed (on presentation of of a pet passport) for approximately €55 per pet per week.
