For a fast lunch on the mountain, Les Carlines (+33 (0)6 08 46 94 05; le-paradis-des-sybelles.com) , located 2,230m up at the summit of the Tête de Bellard and accessed via the Bellard lift, offers self-service but still serves up some scrummy Savoyard specialities. La Grange (+33 (0)4 79 83 00 62), located on the ‘route des Champions; towards neighbouring Le Corbier, offers traditional home cooking, as does Chalet Le Foehn (+33 (0)4 79 56 72 16) accessed by the Gorges chairlift.

La Boule des Neige is one of several creperies and pizzerias in town.
The local Sherpa mini-supermarkets (+33 (0)4 79 83 00 05) features charcuterie, epicerie, fromagerie and sells regional food products. Savoy Products (‘Les Producteurs Savoyards’)( +33 (0)4 79 59 00 84) is the local specialist dairy and fromagerie selling cheese produced by the local Arves cooperative dairy as well as local honey, wines and liqueurs from the wider Savoy region. Butchers Chez Christian (+33 (0)4 79 56 74 22) provides a charcuterie and traiteur service. Au Pain Savoyard (+33 (0)4 79 56 73 60) is the local boulangerie.
