Location

This property is situated around 300m from the lifts, the Rocharbois and the Telecabine du Mont d'Arbois, with easy access to the ski area and the property is about 4 kilometers from the centre of the town.

Directions

Situated about 4km from the centre of town, but right by the ski lifts, when you enter Megeve from Sallanches, turn right at the first roundabout in the direction of the Altiport and Mont d'Arbois. Continue past the casino on the right and turn left at the next round about. Head towards the "Mont d'Arbois Plateau" where the apartments are located, next to the big car park and the tennis courts.

Check in

Long stay: Check in opens at 5pm until the close of reception (see reception hours)

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit of €200 to be paid at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the security deposit, apartments (including kitchenette) must be left fully cleaned.

Reception

Monday to Friday: 9am -12.30pm and 5pm - 8:30pm.
Saturday and Sunday: 7am -10pm.

Please note that reception hours are subject to change by the residence, so we recommend you contact reception in advance of your stay to let them know your estimated time of arrival.

Pet information

Pets are allowed for approximately €70 per pet per stay and must be certified to be free of rabies.

Children policies

Travel cot and high chair can be borrowed but need to be booked in advance as they are subject to availability. These cost €16 per kit per stay. Recommended for children under the age of 2, weighing less than 15kg.

Children under the age of 6 must not sleep on upper bunks.

Guests can also request to borrow bed barriers, stair barriers and plug protectors at no extra cost.
