There is one bathroom and WC. Please note that upper bunks are unsuitable for children under 6 years old. All apartments have a balcony or terrace.

There is a fully equipped kitchenette including 4 hobs, fridge, dishwasher, coffee-maker, kettle and a toaster and Nespresso machine, plus a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Families and Children

There is a dedicated children’s play area and baby kits available on request at the receptions including a cot, highchair for infants over 6 months, a changing mat, and a bath. Playstations, board games, books and bed safety rails can be hired for free (subject to availability. Deposit may be required). Sledges and snow scooters can also be requested (paid for locally and subject to availability) and during the French ski holidays kids can participate in organised kids challenges.

Restaurants, Dining & Bars

The residence Le Roselend is located 500m from the resort centre of Les Arc 1800 where a wide range of restaurants and bars can be found. It's also possible to book a breakfast and meal delivery service through the residence - prices available at reception.

Sports & Recreation Facilities

The residence Le Roselend features an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. About a 5 minute walk away, you'll be able to treat yourself for a relaxing massage or beauty treatment in The Deep Nature Spa which is located in the Residence Les Alpages de Chantel.

Location

Direct access to the slopes via a blue run (not suitable for beginners) and 300m to the nearest ski lift. The apartments are about 500m away from the centre of Arc 1800 but can be accessed via a walk down the piste which takes approximately 10 minutes down and 15 minutes back up. There are free shuttle buses that operate regularly between 7.30am to 9pm.

Bus times might be subject to change at different times of the season.

Directions

Heading into Arc 1800 on the D120, take the first left turn and continue along the meandering there will be a road on the right that leads to Le Roselend.

Check in

Long stay (7 nights or more): Check in opens at 5pm until the close of reception (see reception hours)

Short stays (2-6 days + mid-week arrival): check in is available from 4pm until the close of reception (check reception hours).

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit of €300 to be paid per apartment at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.
