This property has wood and local stone detailing throughout and is situated a short drive away from the telecabine in Samoens.

Les Chalets de Layssia is made up of three chalets comprising a total of 55 self catering apartments. It also features a stunning pool area with a heated swimming pool, saunas, Turkish Bath, hot tubs, fitness room and an Ô des Cimes Spa centre with treatments rooms and a relaxation centre.

This spacious cabin offers approximately 65-70m² of floor space, and consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one cabin with two sleeping in bunk beds*, and two single sofa beds in the lounge. It also comes with an additional shower room and a bathroom, and may have an extra toilet (not guaranteed).

*Bunk beds are suitable for children from 6 years till 14.

In the Chalets de Layssia you'll find a pool area with a warmed and covered swimming pool, saunas, a Turkish bath, a fitness room and an Ô des Cimes spa centre with treatment rooms and a relaxation centre. Needless to say you won't have trouble unwinding at the end of the day!

Families & Children

There is children's equipment available on request from the reception i.e cots, high chairs, bottle warmers, safety plug protectors. The kids will also enjoy access to the swimming pool in the residence.

Location

The Chalet de Layssia is located right in the centre of Samoens close to all the shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle bus from just outside the residence that will take you to the telecabine and back to the residence at the end of the day.

Policies

Check in

Saturdays - 5pm to 8pm

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit of €400 to be paid at check-in.

Check out

Saturdays - by 10am

End of stay cleaning is included, however this does not cover the kitchen, so to qualify for a full refund of deposit the kitchen should be left clean.

Reception

Sunday to Friday: 8 am to noon and from 2pm to 8 pm
Saturday: 7:30am to 9pm

Important: If you are arriving after 8pm you must contact the residence in advance to arrange a late check-in.

Please note that reception hours are subject to change by the residence, so guests are advised to contact reception in advance of their stay with an estimated time of arrival.

Pets allowed (certified to be clear of rabies) at a cost of €75 per pet per stay. One pet maximum per apartment.
