Basic but well equipped apartments with good facilities and easy access to Tignes amenities.

Excellent apartments ideally located in the central hub of Tignes, Val Claret. A short walk from the Tichot, Lanches and Funicular ski lifts you are only one lift away from Val d'Isere's ski area so making use of the huge Espace Killy is no problem.

Most apartments are fairly basic but very comfortable with the advantage of having access to an indoor pool and sauna. Most apartments have excellent views of the valley and are only a short walk to the nearest resort amenities.

  • Great location 1 min from Tichot lift , pool and sauna was nice to chill after boarding and for the price was a great addition , apt was basic but had everything required. It is on the main road that the bus uses so with the mass amounts of snow that fell while we were there snow clearing was noisy from 5am! Great views of the slopes from 7th floor though , would stay again no issues!

Location

Located a short walk from the base of the Grande Motte in Val Claret, with easy access to three different areas of the Espace Killly.

Directions

On entry into Tignes, continue past Lavachet and Le Lac following signs to Val Claret past the central bus station and lift stations in Le Lac and through the tunnel round the lake. When you arrive in Val Claret on the other side of the lake, continue on through the roundabout and your apartment is located on the left about 400 from the end of the road.

Long stay (Saturday - Saturday): Check in opens at 5pm until reception closes (check reception hours)

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Refundable Security deposit of €200 to be paid at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

Check out before 10am on a Saturday.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the security deposit, apartments (including kitchenette) must be left fully cleaned.

Pet information

Pets are allowed for approximately €55 per pet per stay and must be certified to be free of rabies.

Children policies

Travel cot and high chair can be borrowed but need to be booked in advance as they are subject to availability. These cost approximately €16 per kit per stay. Recommended for children under the age of 2, weighing less than 15kg.

Children under the age of 6 must not sleep on upper bunks.

Guests can also request to borrow bed barriers, stair barriers and plug protectors at no extra cost.
