Escaping to the Alps for a ski weekend or short ski break is a great way to spend some quality time on the slopes, while taking the minimum amount of time away from work. With an early morning flight out and an evening flight back, it’s possible to ski or board on your arrival and departure days, allowing you to spend as much time as possible on the pistes.
Another bonus is that flights tend to be cheaper if you travel during the week rather at the weekend. Plus, Saturdays are still a big changeover day in a lot of resorts so booking a ski weekend means you’ll spend Saturday skiing or boarding on quieter slopes with shorter lift queues instead of having to contend with busy transfers and a crowded airport.
