Restaurants & Bars

With six places to eat in the Hotel Kreuz you will never go hungry! Enjoy a breakfast buffet in the morning and a five course set meal in the evening in the Dining Room. Visit the Kreuz Restaurant for local and international specialties. Try the Challistubli to get a real taste of local culture and food. End your evening either quietly in the Apero Bar and Lounge with its beautiful views of the Eiger or in a more lively fashion in the Challi Bar & Disco with Fumoir which often has live music!

Spa & Wellness

The perfect way to treat your tired old ski muscles is with some relaxation and well-being so enjoy a bit of time to yourself in the AquaRelax zone which has a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, solarium and a small gym too.

Sports & Recreation Facilities

A sports centre is located 150 metres from the hotel and provides the perfect place for a variety of activities as an alternative to skiing. They range from ice skating to curling and indoor climbing to swimming. You will need to pay extra to use these facilities and the hotel will have more information available.

Families & Children

Little ones need not worry about being bored once they have finished with skiing for the day, there is a playroom especially for them to have fun in!

Location

Sitting in the centre of the town, next to the train station (only a 1 minute walk) is the Hotel Kreuz und Post. There are lots of restaurants and bars around, as well as a ski hire shop where you can rent your gear. The other ski areas can be reached using the ski bus which stops just outside the hotel.

Directions

By car:

You will arrive in Grindelwald on the Dorfstrasse, just follow this road until you reach the train station and you will see the Hotel Kreuz und Post on the left just after it.

By rail:

Simply exit the station and the hotel is right in front of you.
