The week-long Little World Festival kicked off in the French ski resort of Meribel this week. The festival combines music and events from bands and DJs with five days of skiing in The 3 Valleys.

Over 40 events will take place with music from bands such as The Feeling and The Freemasons, and pop stars like Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Ed Harcourt. The main event is the free outdoor concert on the piste, and most gigs will take place in intimate après-ski bars.

The festival is now in its second year, and is the creation of headlining act The Feeling, who cut their teeth playing covers in après ski bars in Meribel 10 years ago.

The festival marks a great addition to Meribel’s already lively après-ski scene. For more information on Apres-ski in Meribel click here.
