  • We stayed at the Hotel Daria I’Nor. It is an very comfortable hotel, very close to lifts with nice rooms and also excellent staff and management.

    Possibly not quite 5 star in food and more like a good 4+ star.

    Will definitely stay there when next back at Alp.

The beautiful Daria-I Nor Spa has a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and Jacuzzi. There is also a calming relaxation area with salt wall and a fitness room if you still have energy to burn. There is also a full spa treatment menu, including massages. Treatments can be booked and paid for locally.

Restaurants, Dining & Bars

The stunning restaurants at Daria-I Nor are the perfect place to relax and enjoy fantastic local cuisine. Enjoyed a new take on traditional cuisine in La Table du Daria or try a superb seasonal menu at the hotel's upscale gastronomic restaurant L'Amethyste. Half board options are available.

Sports & Recreation Facilities

There is a ski hire shop within the hotel, with a range of snowsports equipment and clothing for sale or rent.

Families & Children

Baby Packs can be hired on request, including: cot, baby sleeping bag, bath, bath thermometer, changing mat and bottle warmer. Pushchairs can be borrowed from reception, subject to availability. There are also children's food menus at the restaurants and children's drinks menus at the bar.

Location

Walking distance from the centre of Alpe d'Huez, the Hotel Daria-I Nor boasts a fantastic location. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the resort centre but close enough to easily enjoy all that Alpe d'Huez has to offer. If you don't fancy the short walk to town, there is even a free shuttle bus. Access to the slopes is easy with the Alpe Express gondola accessible from the 3rd floor of the hotel. This lift takes you to the bottom of Les Bergers ski slope.

Directions

From either Geneva or Grenoble approach Alpe d'Huez via the N85, turning onto the D1091 at Vizille and finally turning onto the D211 at Le Bourg d'Osians. Follow the winding D211 all the way up to Alpe d'Huez and the hotel will be situated on your left as you approach via L'Eclose.
