  • The Hotel Gourmet & Italy was cosy and welcoming and the staff were so friendly! My room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. As with anywhere in Chamonix, you have to get a bus to the slopes but the location is brilliant as its so close to the centre so it was really easy to wander into town in the evening or for an apres-ski drink :)

Location

The Hotel Gourmets and Italy is located close to the centre of Chamonix next to the river. Shops are just a short walk away and there are lots of restaurants around for the evening meal. The ski bus stop is located just 20m away so guests can easily access the ski slopes.

Directions

Enter Chamonix on the main road, the D1506. Pass the Aguille du Midi ski lift on your left and at the next roundabout take a left onto Rue Helbronner, following signs to Chamonix Süd and the Casino. Take the next right onto Rue du Lyret and the Hotel Gormet and Italy is located on the left.
