The main public spa in La Rosiere is the Centre Spas and Beaute Montagne (The Mountain Spa and Beauty Centre) within the Résidence Les Cimes Blanches complex in Montvalezan.
The spa is one of a chain with the same name at similar luxury lodges in other French ski resorts and features an indoor heated pool, saunas, Turkish baths, whirlpools and cardio fitness room.
The spa has a wide menu of massage and other treatments lasting from an hour to multi-day health and beauty courses within the facility. Along with body scrubs, wraps, facial and body treatments the facility also offers water massage baths incorporating aromatherapy, chromotherapy and music therapy as well as lymphatic treatments.
