As a mid-sized French resort, much of it purpose-built, you’ll find about 20 bars and restaurants in La Toussuire, many of them spread along the pedestrian main street.
Le Chamois (+33 (0)4 79 56 71 08; chamois-toussuire.com) is one of the resort’s institutions, originally established slopeside in 1958 it’s also a popular eatery serving affordable pizza and crepes. Le Popclub (+33 (0)4 79 05 06 28) opens at 5pm and stays open to 2am, attracting a generally young crowd with video games and pool table.
