There are three spas facilities in Les Menuires. The Spa Chalet at Reberty has a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a fitness area with a wide range of treatments too, including regular or hydro massage, facials and other beauty treatments.
The Spas & Beauté in the Les Clarines Residence in the Preyerand sector has saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzi and a fitness room and offers massages and facial treatments, as well as one to three day cures.
The main public facility is within the Aquaclub - Spa (Centre sportif; +33 (0)4 79 01 08 83) and has spa jets, hydro-massage beds and sun bed cabins. Massages are again offered and there are hypodermology cabins where users benefit from the infra-red lamps for maximum relaxation.
