La Clusaz is usually pretty lively in the evenings, more than many purpose-built resorts. There are more than 60 bars and restaurants to choose from and on top of that the local tourist office has a very pro-active entertainments team organising village social events – everything from a welcome drinks meeting at the start of your stay, to moonlit skiing or torch-lit descents.

Among the best known Apres spots is the Pressoir bar which is famous for stocking almost 100 different varieties of beer.  If you're still in the party mood after that, then there are two late night discotheques to choose from, both open until 5am, The Beaver Creek and L’Ecluse which is famed for its glass dance floor above a mountain stream.
