Getting to Bourg St Maurice by train almost couldn't be easier. The Eurostar will take you straight from London St Pancras to Bourg St Maurice, eliminating the hassle of planes and transfers. Depending on where you're coming from the Eurostar is often not just easier but also faster than flying, door to door.
The overnight snow train service leaves London every Friday and arrives into Bourg St Maurice first thing on Saturday morning, giving you the option of nearly a full day skiing while everyone else is still on their way. As with all resorts in the Tarentaise, the drive to Bourg St Maurice can be done in a day, but the time it takes from Calais will vary depending on the traffic and the weather and could take from 7-10 hours.
