The Chalet Mounier Spa (2 Rue de la Chapelle, +33 (0)4 76 80 56 90) in the Hôtel Chalet Mounier offers the ‘spa of five worlds’ experience including relaxing massages with hot stones or oriental syles. Facilities include a Hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and fitness room.

The Aqua Center des 2 Alpes (94 avenue de la Muzelle, Galerie Lou Véno; +33 (0)6 84 14 00 12) offers massage services, beauty parlour, fitness area, sauna, Jacuzzi and hammam as well as a ‘Bulle sensorielle’ (sensory cocoon) within which three hours of sleep equals eight hours of deep sleep.

Physio2Alpes (+33 (0)6 46 00 93 32; physio2alpes.com) is a great option for those who want a bit of pampering or some proper fixing after a hard day on the slopes, but lack the energy to head off to a spa.  Rather than be tied to just the one location, Physio2Alpes provides mobile physio & massage treatments by a chartered physiotherapist in the comfort of your own accommodation. 

Shiatsu Santé (24 Avenue de la Muzelle, Résidence L'Olympe RDC Apprt 2; +33 (0)6 07 60 03 50;shiatsu2alpes.com) provides Shiatsu massage services.

In addition to the spas the Aquarelle Institut Guylaine Verney (1 Rue du Grand Plan; +33(0)4 76 79 87 57; institut-aquarelle.fr) offers face, skin and nail care as well as sun tan booth, hair removal and massage. Similar services are offered at the parfumerie Athamante run by Virginie Rousel (9 Rue des Sagnes, Galerie le Meijotel; +33 (0)4 76 80 56 49) which is also a perfume specialist shop. S'Thétique (26 Avenue de la Muzelle; +33 (0)6 35 43 39 72) is another similar establishment.

There are also two hairdressers in the village: Le Salon de Séverine (27 Avenue de la Muzelle; +33 (0) 4 76 79 25 63) and Côté Coupe (33 Avenue de la Muzelle; +33 (0)4 76 79 22 59). In both establishments French only is spoken.
